Sand Shark
Just when I think I’ve seen the worst shark movie I’m proven wrong. This time Sand Sharks is about sharks that can swim in sand. It stars Brooke Hogan and Corin Nemec. And Brooke Hogan plays a shark expert. Yep, this is going to be bad. And not so cheesy it’s good kind.

A small town is being terrorized by sharks that evolved to swim in sand.
MY THOUGHTS
There are roughly 14 kills in Sand Sharks. All killed by the various sand sharks (there are multiple and one huge one at the end). We get heads bitten off and sharks engulfing victims whole. Though Jimmy sacrificing himself was the most interesting. I feel there was just way too much CGI in it. But I do prefer practical effects normally.
The acting isn’t the greatest. Brooke Hogan (known for 2-Headed Shark Attack and being wrestler Hulk Hogan’s daughter) plays Sandy Powers, some sort of official shark expert. Corin Nemec (known for The Stand, Mansquito, and Lake Placid vs. Anaconda) plays Jimmy, an event planner and is the mayor's sleazy son. are the most known actors in Sand Shark.
Sand Sharks starts off with two dirt bike riders riding the sand dunes near a beach. They both end up getting hunted by something that kills them from below the sand. While the cops are investigating this, Jimmy, the Mayor’s son, returns to town, wanting to host a huge beach bash.
Soon, more and more people are getting killed or disappearing by what appears to be a shark that comes out of the sand. While the cops want to shut down the beach, the townspeople as well as the mayor want to keep the beach open so businesses can stay open.
At one point they kill the shark but the expert says it’s a juvenile shark and that there should be an adult shark out there. Little did they know that there were a lot of sharks and that the crazy old man on the island knew about them and had tried to hunt them.
The few survivors concoct a plan to lure the sharks to a canyon and then with extreme heat incase them in glass (the heat melting the sand, trapping the sharks in it). They think they get them all, but there is one final HUGE one that kills the old guy. But Sandy quickly dispatches it.

I wanted to take a quick break to let you know I found these great deals on Amazon for Sand Sharks merchandise. I’ve applied to Amazon’s affiliate program and if I can get three purchases I will be accepted into the program. This will be of tremendous help with starting my small business.

Overall, Sand Sharks is a bad movie. It’s like they tried to make a serious movie but it should have been more of a cheesy movie. A bad story, bad CGI, and bad acting makes this bad. Even Corin Nemec couldn’t save this movie. In this case, I watched this movie so you don’t have to.
