Bloodlust Subspecies III
In Bloodlust Subspecies III we continue with the horrible Radu, however, he has become a bit more sensitive. Talking about missing his brother and how he feels for Michelle. He also has terrible mommy issues. I mean, what happened to our evil, crazy Radu? That’s the vampire I’m here for.
Released: 1994

MY THOUGHTS
I think there’s about 4 living, one witchy mother, and a vampire death. I mean, Bob the CIA guy died hilariously. Knife literally in his throat. Dude didn’t get to live long. It doesn’t say much for his training.
All of the survivors from Subspecies II return (mainly because 2 and 3 were filmed back to back). The main new guy is Bob (Michael Della Femina) the CIA guy and he doesn’t last long. I don’t know if he’s trying to play the role straight or not but he seemed to be playing more comedic over the top.
Bloodlust Subspecies III continues where Subspecies II left off. Michelle being dragged underground by Radu’s mother. His mom brings him back with Michelle’s blood. Meanwhile, Michelle’s sister brings the police and Mel back to the crypt, but nobody believes her until Michelle, Radu, and his mom escape.

I wanted to take a quick break to let you know I found these great deals on Amazon for Subspecies merchandise. I’ve applied to Amazon’s affiliate program and if I can get three purchases I will be accepted into the program. This will be of tremendous help with starting my small business.

While Rebecca and Mel mount a rescue mission, Radu is teaching Michelle the ways of the vampire. She learns how to entice potential victims. She hasn’t killed on her own, but Radu starts the killings and she then drinks. Michelle embraces the teachings, but still wants to die instead of being a vampire.
I still like this series, it is a little annoying with Radu’s emotional changes. For this big badass, he lets his mother treat him like crap. I don’t want to see this whiny kind of vampire. I do like that Michelle is finally tapping into her powers. We still get the gothic feel of the movie which I like. If you’ve seen the other movies, you might as well continue with this movie.
And now for your Forever Final Girl Exclusive…Did you know?:
Anders Hove can be seen without makeup early in the film. He is seen as a fisherman outside of a hotel.
Shot back-to-back with Bloodstone: Subspecies II (1993).
The last entry in the Subspecies franchise to feature the Subspecies minions of Radu.
